The strawberry thief is a caterpillar who eats through a variety of foods before finally eating his fill of a large strawberry. Other famous fictional characters who steal strawberries include Tom Sawyer, who famously steals strawberries from his neighbor’s garden in Mark Twain’s “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer,” and one of the Weasley twins in J.K. Rowling’s “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.”
