Ingredients:
— 1 box of strawberry Jello mix
— 2 cups boiling water
— 1 cup cold water
— 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
— Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, pour the strawberry Jello mix.
2. Add in 2 cups of boiling water and stir until the Jello mix is completely dissolved.
3. Add in 1 cup of cold water and stir again.
4. Add in the sliced strawberries and stir gently.
5. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish or individual serving dishes.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until the Jello has set.
7. Once set, add a dollop of whipped cream on top (optional) and serve chilled.
