Strawberry Champagne Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
– 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Lemon slices and extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a blender or food processor, blend together the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

2. Strain the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve and discard any solids.

3. Divide the strawberry puree evenly among champagne glasses and top with champagne or sparkling wine.

4. Garnish with lemon slices and extra strawberries.

5. Serve and enjoy!
