Ingredients:
— 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
— 1 ripe banana
— 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
— 1/2 cup almond milk or regular milk
— 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Wash and hull the strawberries and slice the banana.
2. Add the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to a blender.
3. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy.
