Ingredients:
– 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
– 1 ripe banana
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup almond milk or regular milk
– 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Wash and hull the strawberries and slice the banana.
