– 1 lb Steak (Flank Steak or Sirloin)
– Salt and Pepper
– 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
– 1/4 cup Olive Oil
– 2 cloves Garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp Honey
– 1 lb Strawberries, sliced
– 8 cups Spring Mix Salad
– 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare or until desired doneness is reached.
3. While the steak is cooking, in a small bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and honey.
4. Place sliced strawberries on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
5. Once the steak is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
6. In a large bowl, combine spring mix, grilled strawberries, sliced steak, feta cheese, and chopped walnuts.
7. Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
