Strawberry and Cream Cheese Stuffed Waffles Recipe

— 1 cup all-purpose flour
— 1 tbsp sugar
— 2 tsp baking powder
— 1/4 tsp salt
— 1 cup milk
— 1 large egg
— 2 tbsp vegetable oil
— 4 oz cream cheese, softened
— 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
— 1 tsp vanilla extract
— 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
— Whipped cream, for topping


1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined and smooth.

4. Preheat your waffle maker according to its instructions.

5. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it becomes soft, then add in the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla extract.

6. Spoon the waffle batter onto the hot waffle maker, making sure to leave space for the batter to expand. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Remove the waffles from the waffle maker and let them cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, slice the strawberries.

8. Spread the cream cheese mixture over one side of each waffle, then top with sliced strawberries.

9. Fold the waffle in half to enclose the cream cheese and strawberries. Repeat with the remaining waffles.

10. Serve the stuffed waffles with whipped cream topping and extra sliced strawberries if desired. Enjoy!
